However, as our product is digital, we have implemented several policies to prevent abuse, ensure fairness, and maintain high-quality standards for everyone.

Photo usage: To prevent abuse, downloading your photos will be considered as using our product. Before downloading, you’ll have the opportunity to preview all AI-generated images.
Due to cost considerations, we generally only offer partial refunds for unused credits. However, if you have a special circumstance, you may contact us via email to discuss a full refund.
